What we collect

We collect publicly available business information about chemical companies: company name, company type, address, founding year, capacity, certifications, website and the products they offer. Every record keeps the public URL it came from.

We do not collect personal sensitive information. Where a business contact address appears on a public company website we may store it, but it is never shown on a public page.

Information you give us

If you submit a buyer request (RFQ) or an inquiry we store the details you provide. Your name, email and phone number are never published: public pages show only the product, quantity, destination and date.

If you create an account we store your email address and a password hash. Passwords are never stored in a recoverable form.

Cookies and sessions

We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in and to apply the correct permission level. It contains no tracking identifier and is not shared with advertisers.

How we use the data

To publish supplier and product pages, to match buyer requests with suppliers, and to operate the report and advertising services. We do not sell personal data.

Corrections, deletion and objection

You can request a correction or the deletion of any record that concerns you. Send the profile URL and the reason to the address below. We acknowledge within two business days and complete the review within thirty days.

Every request and its outcome is written to our internal audit log so the change can be traced.

Retention

Public business records are retained while they remain accurate and useful. Deleted records are removed from public pages and from the sitemap immediately.
