Nature of the service

SupplierAssess is an information service. We publish supplier and product records built from public sources, and we provide report and advertising services. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier.

No transaction risk

We do not operate a marketplace, a cart, a payment escrow or logistics. We assume no responsibility for the performance, quality, delivery or payment of any trade that results from an introduction made through this site.

Data accuracy and due diligence

Our records are aggregated from public sources and processed automatically before human review. They are provided for reference only. Every profile shows its sources and a confidence score precisely so that you can judge the data yourself.

Buyers should perform their own due diligence — including factory audits, sample testing and reference checks — before committing to any purchase.

Reports and advertising

Supplier reports are prepared manually by an analyst and delivered as a document link. They are information products, not certifications, and do not constitute a guarantee of a company’s conduct.

Paid placements are labelled "Sponsored" and their links carry rel="sponsored". They are always visually separated from organic results.

Buyer requests (RFQ)

Buyer requests are de-identified before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any request that is incomplete, misleading or unlawful.

Acceptable use

Automated bulk extraction, scraping in violation of robots.txt, and misrepresentation of your identity when claiming a company profile are not permitted.
